The first thing we need to do is punt "BMI" as usefeul. Any time I read an article which references BMI without huge caveats about it's value I immediately discount it.
This one, of course, takes the right approach, but rather than just point out The Rock's BMI of 32, let's also understand that most people with a 32 do NOT look like him, and acknowledge that this is a crappy measure, and any studies or meta studies around it are worthless.
