Taming the Email Beast

A quick tip to help manage messages, calendar invites, and to keep you from getting into deep doo-doo.

Context: I don’t organize things well. I don’t use sub-folders, I don’t manually tag things very well. I don’t keep my inbox at under a few thousand unread items, because leaving something “unread” marks it for “pay attention to it later”.

Yeah, that’s not working so well.

What does work, however, is to have Outlook (in this case, but it works for Gmail as well) tag things for me.
