Just a side note: After about the first week of seeing rail-thin Chinese models (both genders) doing their little skits, then the ladies doing their dances, they have all but completely disappeared.

Why? What you see is dictated by an algorithm based on what you interact with (watch, like, rewatch, comment, etc).

So, if you are still seeing those little girls...you do the math.
