I've been a cyber-security professional for over 25 years, and mid- or upper management for most of that. I believe most managers suck because they don't treat leading people as an actual, distinct profession and research it.

I believe people have no idea how technology is really involved in their lives and how to leverage it and how to protect from it.

But mostly, I believe I'll have a chocolate shake.
